ITE & MICE, the co-location of the leisure focused ITE and ITE MICE for synergy. In 2014, the Expo drew in its two trade days 12308 visitors from the regional travel trade, MICE and Corporate Travel ; and in the two public days 75300 public visitors with 83% preferred traveling in FIT and/or tailor-made groups.

Among its buyers and trade visitors, 6522 (53%) were from travel agents, 2588 (21%) from MICE and corporations, and 837 (7%) from media etc. Among the MICE and corporate visitors, 11% came from government, public organizations and trade associations; 26% from various business services including banking and insurance; 14% from training and education and another 14% from organizers and event planners etc.

Our free services include Business Matching where sellers move around to meet the seated buyers, and using password protected online system Making Pre-appointments. Exhibitors can rent seminar room inside the exhibition halls to hold trade seminars, which we help promoting through pre-show e-newsletters and interested trade visitors can even pre-register online.

ITE & MICE maintains a highly international profile of exhibitors, and its 650 exhibitors (85% from outside Hong Kong) in 2014 came from 47 countries and regions from different parts of the world. In all, over 100 sellers, including both in official pavilions and exhibiting independently, target MICE / Corporate Travel.

ITE & MICE also highlights trendy travel themes. Among its regional visitors in trade days, for examples, 24% interested in overseas wedding and honeymoon, and 22% on sport tourism etc.

Professional and trade organizations such as the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) and the Wedding Management Association (HKWMA) held their own trade seminars. In addition there was a series of related seminars in the second trade day which was designated MICE / Corporate Travel Day.
