With a private entrance off of Las Vegas Boulevard, the Four Seasons Hotel offers a tranquil oasis on the otherwise high-spirited Las Vegas Strip. Yet, this residential-style resort - the first AAA Five Diamond hotel in the city - sits minutes from diverse entertainment, world-class shopping and the wonders of the Mojave Desert.

The traditional two-story structure houses an elegant porte-cochere, lobby and registration desk, meeting and function space, landscaped gardens with a private pool, spa, restaurants and lounges. The 400 plus deluxe guest rooms, including 81 suites, are located on the five floors (35 through 39) of the adjacent 43-story Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino tower. Rooms are accessed by three private express elevators, which go directly to the Four Seasons floors. The executive rooms and suites are nearly 1,000-square-feet, and most feature separate parlors and large executive desks. The one-, two- and three-bedroom suites offer elegant living rooms, two bathrooms, walk-in closets and spectacular views. Two Presidential Suites have dining rooms with seating for eight, a separate pantry and wet bar, media room, and a master bedroom with an executive study. Amenities include mini-bars, high-speed Internet access, coffee maker with complimentary coffee service, thick terry cloth bathrobes, complimentary daily newspaper and overnight shoeshine, and a nightly turndown service.
